Tarybos rinkimuose gali balsuoti LB nariai, sulaukę 18-likos metų. JAV Lietuvių Bendruomenės nariais gali būti JAV gyvenantys lietuviai, mišrių šeimų ne lietuvių kilmės sutuoktiniai, ir tokių šeimų palikuonys. /
Voting is the right of every Lithuanian American Community member, not younger than 18 years of age. All Lithuanians and Lithuanian Americans living in the United States, as well as their non-Lithuanian spouses and the offspring of those marriages, can be members of LAC.
